LIMITED WARRANTY

BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT
THE SUITABILITY OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR
INFORMATION MADE ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY
USER OF THE SOFTWARE, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE
SOFTWARE.

BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR (a) INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE,
EVEN IF BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (b) FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER
PARTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND
EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Idaho and, as to matters affecting
copyrights, trademarks and patents, by U.S. federal law.  It
shall inure to the benefit of BitSoft Development, L.L.C. and any
successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or
proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out
of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE
or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Idaho.  The
parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.


LICENSE TERMS APPLICABLE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTION

BitSoft Development, L.L.C. ("BitSoft") grants to you a
non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to use 
Expression Evaluator v1.0 for Delphi (the "Software").

The Software and all associated documentation are copyrighted
products of BitSoft and are protected by United States copyright
law and also by international treaty provisions.  Though
copyrighted, these materials are made freely available for use
by all.  The materials may not be modified in any way.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to BitSoft.
The use or distribution of these products is expressly prohibited,
except as authorized by the terms of this agreement.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in
and to the Software shall remain in BitSoft and/or its suppliers.
You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable
laws of the United States including, but not limited to, export
control laws.

BitSoft may terminate this License at any time by delivering
notice to you and you may terminate this License at any time by
destroying or erasing your copy of the Software.  Upon termination
of this License you agree to destroy or erase the Software.

This License sets forth the entire agreement between you and
BitSoft.  By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read
this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms as
the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you
and BitSoft Development, L.L.C.


LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

Permission is granted to any individual or business to distribute
the Software, provided they convey a complete and unaltered copy of
the entire package (except that the complete set of files, with no
deletions, or changes, may be recompressed using other compression
algorithms and tools), and provided they claim no ownership of
these products.  

Permission to distribute the Software is not transferable,
assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing to
distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of
this license.

U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
BitSoft Development, L.L.C., P.O. Box 8483, Moscow, ID 83843.
